Purpose:

To establish limitations on the number of employees traveling in the same aircraft in order to protect FINITE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from disruption of operations and other losses that can result from concurrent multiple fatalities or serious injuries.

Scope:

This policy applies to all employees of FINITE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and its subsidiaries.

Policy:

1. No more than two of the following persons may travel together on the same flight: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or Chairman of the Board of Directors.
   
2. No more than three corporate officers may travel together on the same flight.
   
3. In approving travel of groups of employees, Corporate Officers will limit the number of employees traveling in the same aircraft to the extent necessary to assure continuity of operation in the event of an accident.
